Dining at K’NYAY is a culinary experience like no other, with passionate flavours, inspirational textures and a combination of ingredients that few have the imagination or audacity to serve.
Each member of the K’NYAY partnership, brings a different element of expertise to our restaurant.
Run is our talented head chef, who began his career training at Friends Mith Samlanh. He is passionate about cooking and creating fresh angles on traditional favourites. Now he is also in a position to give something back to the community, offering training opportunities to our chefs of the future.
Sern is our unforgettable smile that greets you as you enter K’NYAY. He loves meeting customers in the restaurant and can often be seen driving them home after dinner, in our K’NYAY tuk-tuk.
David is our resident vegan with a passion for contemporary design. His vision in establishing K’NYAY was to be able to offer support and training to young people who currently live at one of the many orphanages here in Cambodia (www.cambodiaschildren.org).
At K’NYAY we try to accommodate all of our customer’s requests, wishes and needs and encourage staff members to focus on every customer as if they were a guest in their own home.
Our staff are encouraged to develop an individual style and approach to customer care, allowing them to develop their role within the K’NYAY team. We welcome our customers’ comments and support. Thank you.
